Shipping and Delivery

Processing Times:
We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases, orders will be processed and made immediately, and will ship out within one (1) to seven (7) business days. Please remember that ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE TO ORDER, so please be patient, as orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders.  
Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; Destino The Label cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met. 

Taxes/Duties for International Shipments:
Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. Destino The Label is not responsible for these fees.

Shipping & Delivery 

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures.

In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service. According to universal postal regulations, the inquiry may take up to 2 months to conclude.

Tracking Numbers

All orders will be sent a tracking code once shipped so you know at every stage where your parcel is.

Shipping Cost

Free Standard shipping applies to all Australian & New Zealand orders. 

Free Express shipping applies to all Australian & New Zealand orders over AUD$150

For all other international orders, free Standard shipping applies to orders over AUD$150. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Shipping Times 

For domestic orders, please allow 7-10 business days for Standard shipping. For Express shipping, orders should be delivered on the next business day. 

For international orders, please allow 10 -20 business days for Standard shipping. For Express shipping, orders should be delivered within 7-15 business days. 

Covid- 19

Please note shipping times may be affected by COVID-19. The timeframes noted above are estimates only. We apologise in advance if your delivery has been delayed. 

Care Instructions

Jewellery Care
We recommend that customers remove jewellery before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewellery. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish.
14k Gold Filled Jewellery & Sterling Silver
Avoid:

When wearing 14k Gold Filled Jewellery try to avoid:

  • Spraying perfume directly on the jewellery 
  • Using cleaning chemicals while wearing your jewellery 
  • Wearing in salt water

Store:

When storing your jewellery ensure that:

  • It's away from direct sunlight as excess heat from the sun can tarnish some jewellery 
  • Place your jewellery in a cool and dry place (We recommend your Destino The Label box provided)

Cleaning:

  • Wearing your Gold Filled Jewellery in the shower can actually be very beneficial to clean it with. Just ensure that there are no harsh chemicals in your products 

or

  • Use your microfiber polishing cloth to clean your jewellery

or 

  • You can also use a tooth brush, soap and warm water to gently go over your charms. This will get in-between the little groves in your jewellery.

Gold-filled is your best option (after solid gold) for quality and durability. It will not flake off or turn your skin green and offers a great option for people with sensitive skin. Gold-filled jewellery can stay beautiful for a lifetime, especially with a little care.

Cleaning:

  • Use your microfiber polishing cloth to clean your jewellery

Gold Plating can tarnish or fade over time due to natural body oils and poor care. However following our care instructions will ensure the longest life possible for your jewellery.

Candle Care:

It's important to take care of your candle to ensure you get the most out of it.

  • The first burn is the most important: To avoid tunnelling, the candle wax should pool to the edge on the initial burn (typically takes 1-2 hours). Soy wax has memory and by not burning the candle to the edges on the first burn, it will begin to tunnel and you won't get to burn the whole candle.
  • Always trim your wick: Before lighting your candle each time, make sure to always trim the wick to 1/4 inch. This will ensure a proper burn.
  • Remove any debris: Make sure to clean the debris to avoid candles flickering, which leads to soot and blackening.
  • Keep an eye on your candle: You should never leave a candle unattended. Always keep a lit candle in sight and never leave children unattended near an open flame.

How To Book For Charmed:

Step One

Book an appointment at one of our Charmed events! A booking fee is taken to secure this appointment date and time and cover a service fee.

Step Two

Select your chain and charm on the day! These are priced separately and are additional to your appointment fee previously paid. 

Step Three

Show up on the day at your chosen time and get Charmed!
