Exchange & Refund Policy
When purchasing from Destino The Label you agree to our refund and return policy. Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
Destino The Label cannot accept refund or exchanges on some of our items:
non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Earrings (Hygiene purposes)
- Sale Items
Please choose your pierced jewellery carefully.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@destinothelabel.com with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber.
- Send your item to the return address we provide you in our reply (please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item to us). We cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process it within 5 business days.
Returns:
To qualify for a return, all jewellery and items must be unworn / unused and in perfect condition. Items must be returned in the entire Destino The Label original packaging with no damage. Your item will be inspected upon arrival and we reserve the right to refuse your return if the item doesn’t get to us within 14 days of delivery date or if item has been worn / damaged / missing including packaging.
If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at info@destinothelabel.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 14 days, with a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your request.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Please then contact your bank or credit card company. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases:
We attempt to ship all orders promptly, and in most cases, orders will be processed immediately and will ship out within one (1) to seven (7) business days. Please remember that ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE TO ORDER, so please be patient, as orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; Destino The Label cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met.
